These session are for everyone, no matter your experience with mindfulness. We welcome you all.
We have found that people gain real benefits when practising mindfulness in a group, from developing a real sense of community to learning new mindfulness practices. We aim to create a regular feature on your calendar where you can really prioritise your wellbeing through mindfulness . Each month we follow a theme and in each weekly session we’ll aim to include two or more mindfulness practices plus some of the latest research. You can listen back to the practices whenever you want to by requesting access to our Saturday Chill Members Portal.
