K is for Kind (Primary)
Be Kind
Being kind is SO helpful to us in so many ways. Kindness is not weakness at all, kindness is another of our superpowers and is really strong & brave!
Fun things to practice
1. Write down all the kind things you do & say over the next month! Perhaps pop this list in your journal & spend some time each day remembering what you’ve done perhaps you paid someone a compliment, made a drink for a member of your family or spoke to a friend who just needed to chat about something? Notice how it makes you feel when you introduce these random acts of kindness into your days, notice how many kindnesses you can do
2. Pause, take a moment & think of someone you care about this person makes you happy & you make them happy. Then imagine sending them these silent, happy, friendly wishes! Imagine them smiling, receiving your kind wishes, notice how it makes you feel Take a moment to send these friendly kind wishes to yourself too, we all deserve kindness, notice how this makes you feel x
3. Finally, think of a time when someone was kind to you? Perhaps it was recently, perhaps a while ago? Remember this kind act in as much detail as you can, remember how it made you feel at the time and how you’re feeling now you’re remembering all about it! How about draw your kindness picture, writing down what they did that was kind
