We’ll meet you where you are

These session are for everyone, no matter your experience with mindfulness. We welcome you all.

We have found that people gain real benefits when practising mindfulness in a group, from developing a real sense of community to learning new practices. We aim to create a regular feature on your calendar where you can really prioritise your wellbeing through mindfulness . We follow a different theme each month and each session is unique. We’ll aim to include two or more mindfulness practices plus some of the latest research. You can listen to back to practices whenever you want by requesting access to our Start the Week Members Portal.
