Bespoke to you, discussions may include increasing your skills of mindfulness & self-compassion together with helping you make changes in your life. How to Schedule
After you purchase this product you will receive an email from our website confirming your session. Sarah will get in touch via email or phone depending on your requirements to arrange a suitable date & time for our discussions.
A coaching session is not something to be rushed! These sessions are scheduled manually to ensure that you get the full support you require.
How to prepare
These sessions are about you, about what occupies your mind and about discovering ways to cope with things you might find challenging. There is no prescriptive way to approach a mindfulness coaching session other than to come as you are and to share as much information as you’re able to.
Before we start, Sarah may ask you to provide some additional information as well as fill in some forms online. This information allows Sarah to establish baselines for our work together.
Although not mandatory we recommend that you should fill these out to make the most of our time.
