You’re not alone 🥰We get it! Some weeks are difficult. Some weeks are amazing.
These sessions are all about practising in a safe and structured way and introducing those who want more regular access to Mindfulness but with the added bonus of tackling life’s busyness when it occurs.
This is exactly why we organised this group as a constant engagement in our own busyness calendar and we’ll be here when you are ready to practice with us.

Our drop-in Mindfulness happens EVERY Tuesday, aimed at supporting wellbeing through mindfulness & is open to all! 6.30pm £7 - a cuppa, friendly chat & mindfulness practices in the Mindful Room @The Haven
