The Silent Sit session
Silent practice is an important part of our mindfulness training, we â€ïž it! It can be nourishing, settling, grounding & being given permission not to speak is just amazing!
Details
These sessions run, 9.15-9.45am EVERY Saturday throughout September and donât require booking. They are a great way to practice focus and set yourself on a calmer more purposeful path for the week.
You donât need to prepare in any particular way, bring anything with you or do anything else other than to take some time just for you, bring yourself down to the Mindful Studio and join us.
Cost
These sessions rely on a donation-basis, in other words they cost what you can afford even if itâs just a kind thought, so come & explore mindful silence with us at the Mindful Studio in Stonehaven đđ„°
