Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival

Delighted to have been able to facilitate a practice for the Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival, having recorded a mindful walk through the gorgeous Dunnottar Woods.

This practice is about noticing what is around us, nature provides us with an abundance of shapes, sounds and experiences which we can use to stay together with the flow of our bodies and thoughts.
