These sessions are all about learning to meditate in a safe and meaningful way.
This course is taught over 3 sessions and is aimed at people who have some previous experience with meditation practices. Particularly useful to those of you who have completed the Level 1 course.
We aim to advance your meditation practice and enhance the skills you need to increase your focus and structured practice. This course will also consolidate the skills necessary to practice within our experienced regular meditation group run on Mondays and Wednesdays.
After you complete this course you can advance to Level 3 which requires extended prior experience with meditation and teaches more advanced techniques and practices.
