These sessions are all about learning to meditate in a safe and meaningful way.
This course is taught over 3 sessions and is aimed at people who have no experience with meditation.
We aim to introduce you to meditative practices and teach you the skills you need to increase your focus and structured practice. This course will also give you all the skills necessary to practice within our experienced regular meditation group run on Mondays and Wednesdays.
After you complete this course you can advance to Levels 2 and 3 which require prior experience and teach more advanced techniques and practices.
