These sessions are all about learning to meditate in a safe and meaningful way.
This course is taught over 3 sessions and is aimed at people who have extended experience with meditation practices. Particularly useful to those of you who have completed the Level 2 course.
We aim to enhance and extend your meditation practice and promote the skills you need to increase your focus and structured practice. This course will also consolidate the skills necessary to practice within our experienced regular meditation group run on Mondays and Wednesdays and introduce you to advanced techniques.
