These sessions are all about practising mindfulness in a friendly and welcoming group setting.
Our drop in sessions were established over 3 years ago and have become a regular feature of our mindfulness schedule. In the light of recent events, we’ve now adapted these sessions to be fully online only where we continue to provide a safe, reassuring space to practise mindfulness.
To secure a place in the group we are asking that you complete a booking online after which you will receive a confirmation by email and the Zoom link to join the session.
