our amazing collaboration with Active Schools Aberdeenshire South! As part of our work with the partnership we have developed and delivered a number of practices specifically aimed at their core group.
These practices however could be useful to you too! over the coming weeks we will be retro-actively releasing these on our website as publicly accessible posts starting with “Bubble Breathing” a super simple and helpful practice to help you focus.
